Mugabe the psychopath

Mugabe the psychopath
one Mugabe's reported methods today:
After gang raping the mother in front of the children, Mugabe's mob then proceed
to cut off her breasts followed by arms and legs.
They then complete the torture by setting fire to her remains before dying from the
other causes.
The children are unlikely to forget for the rest of their lives and will probably
end up psychologically damaged; which is what Mugabe would be aiming for.
We also had news that Government Ministers have not one, not several by many
bank accounts in other countries. Most have their children educated away from Zim;
and have bought houses in other countries.
It is now making sense. Mugabe and his cronies have asset stripped the country over
the years until there is little left. Now he is driving Zim and it's population
into the ground.
I thought he was a mental case, but no, he's a psycho. A complete
and absolute psychopath; and explains his complete disregard to the people of Zim.

Re: Mugabe the psychopath
The above is one of those rants where you don't feel any better for it.
Let us hope these 'other countries' start freezing assets and taking positive action against Zim's Ministers (I believe Austrailia is active on this).

Re: Mugabe the psychopath
Have you seen the "accommodation" Mugabe lives in? It looks like a Mediterranean mansion from the outside and is furnished like King Louis IX's palace on the inside.

(I have idea no who the blogger is and haven't read his stuff, I'm just posting this for a reference to the homes which I have seen before, but on a flash card and so don't have them to post directly.)
Bread is over a billion Zim dollars a loaf, apparently. Obviously Uncle Bob doesn't have a bread problem. Foreign aid? People must realise that foreign aid is a misnomer, it is really just foreign funding and it invariably goes to funding the lavish lifestyles of the ruling elite and keeps the juntas of the world fed and loyal. Those that aren't getting the cash from illegal drug dealing or blood diamonds, that is.
When my father went through Ethiopia during the North African campaign of WWII, he said that the then dictator Haile Selassie was eating off gold plates in his palace whilst the people were starving and that went on for a very long time afterward. It is no wonder these countries fall to ruin.
But then, politics, as we know it, is fraught with these types as they have a wonderful opportunity to live off other people's money whilst crushing their own people into the dust and then standing up at select moments and occasions and yelling patriotic slogans and banging on about the evils of the colonial past. A la Cuba.
No one has told the story of the evils of the pre-colonial eras, nor of the evils of the post-colonial eras. All your busy modern lefty journalist and pompous social democrat is concerned about is finding, no matter how ridiculous the association or analogy, a counterpart for Hitler in every situation. And when something like Rwanda's genocide or the war in the Sudan or Mugabe's regime pops up, they are flummoxed by it all as none of it "fits" the jigsaw. They sound quite hollow now as they say "We hope that X will review his position." Or "It is the legacy of colonialism".
You're quite right, Ian. It's nothing other than psychos grabbing da loot. And always has been.

Re: Mugabe the psychopath
Mandela would never have put up with this had he been in power. South Africa was doing well after he took over, but Mbeki is not only a racist but also a comrade of certain dubious commie dictators and characters from "the struggle" and he has thus failed to move against his mate Mugabe. Botswana spoke out against the situation in Zim long ago.
I don't think giving Mugabe a knighthood was very elegant. For god's sake what did this awful person do to deserve it? He will simply laugh at its withdrawal and perhaps tell Her Majesty that she, too, is a "little dot on a map". The cricket team has been banned, yes, but Mugabe won't care. It's always sad when sanctions come in to squeeze the people and the culprits carry on regardless. Sanctions did nothing for Iraq. Why don't these people stop fannying about and give Uncle Bob some hard stares?
What do they think he is, a "naughty native"? He's so shrewd he makes Mr Shrewd from Shrewdville look simple. But ... everything has its nemesis and I think Bob's will come in the shape of the leader of the ANC Jacob Zuma, who does not sympathize with him or his tribe. Zuma is a Zulu and a very powerful force in SA politics at the moment as he has just been elected to leadership of the ruling party and if he is elected to Presidential status there will may be a sudden rush of fresh air into the nostrils of Zimbabwe's suffering millions. Uncle Jacob doesn't fancy Uncle Bob and Uncle Jacob ain't afraid of anyone. Zulus are the best thing anyone could have elected into power (I know Zuma is a bit of a gangster, but all politicians are, it's a prerequisite for office) as they speak with spear shaped tongues and they fight for pride and honour. Something the Uncle Bob's have kinda lost interest in since the gravy train stopped off at Harare and delivered a knighthood and a country before steaming away into the distance on its way to bless another horrible dictator and his messy regime somewhere else in the third world.
Do we all need new rulers, or what.

Re: Mugabe the psychopath
I did not think there were any whites left in Zim, particularly on the land.
Zimbabwe's last white farmer forced to quit
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/africaandindianocean/zimbabwe/2196135/Zimbabwe%27s-last-white-farmer-forced-to-quit.html
It's known as an 'honary knighhood' and would simply because he is President...
Her Majesty would not have taken to stripping him of it lightly (although this would be on advice from Government) and she is hardly a "little dot on a map". Maybe on Mugabe's map.
But there were many discussions yesterday, including financial. Slicing off funding from abroad and investigating Ministers foreign financial interests are just 2 of many. Making Zim bankrupt would be interesting too.

Virtually all of the remaining 280 white farmers have been invaded by government supporters since Mr Mugabe lost the first round of the presidential election in March.
Mr Mpofu is reaping the summer crop of maize and soybeans Mr van Rensburg planted, worth around £400,000, and the business is being asset-stripped. About 70 farm workers were mostly left unemployed and many joined the exodus to South Africa.

Re: Mugabe the psychopath
Yes, almost all white Zims are gone and all farmers are either slaughtered or escaped to SA. SA is experiencing land grabbing legislation now too so we will be next.
Only here a fight may ensue and there are factions to consider that might make an alliance. Being too sure of yourself is never a good idea in a place like this. Have to wait and see what happens. At the moment people are leaving in droves, driven out, no matter what colour and creed they may be, by violent crime and murder.

Thank you. My engineer lost his aunt and uncle last year in a farm murder in SA. It's endemic.

The Dirty Half-Dozen: The generals who are even more ruthless and bloodthirsty than Mugabe
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1031975/The-Dirty-Half-Dozen-The-generals-ruthless-bloodthirsty-Mugabe.html
Why are we not surprised ......
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1031975/The-Dirty-Half-Dozen-The-generals-ruthless-bloodthirsty-Mugabe.html
After 28 years of bloody rule - and two hours before the election results were announced 'live' on state-controlled TV - Mugabe appeared anxious as he was sworn in for a record sixth term this week. His opponents had been killed or forced at gunpoint to vote in rigged elections.
Yet it wasn't the international outcry over this that worried him. No, beneath the megalomania, what he must know is that he has already lost power, not to the persecuted opposition Movement for Democrat Change (MDC), but to a bloody - and secret - cabal.
Dubbed the Dirty Half-Dozen or The Gang Of Six by Zimbabwe's traumatised people, The Generals have formed a military junta with terrifying plans to 'eliminate all opponents'. They forced Mugabe to hand over power to them at a meeting in State House, his HQ in Harare, the capital, days after he lost the first round of elections on March 29.
Why are we not surprised ......
Re: Mugabe the psychopath
Anyone investigating the aftermath should wear wellies, they'll be wading through blood. And I hope they, too, are not surprised and I especially hope they learn something because they learned nothing from Rwanda and they aren't learning anything from Sudan, Chad and Somali, or Iraq and Afghanistan, so I won't hold my breath. Instead, they attacked Serbia to defend Albanian terrorists in Kosovo and allowed Milosevic to die in prison without a proper trial or prosecution simply because they thought he might not be one of their apparatchik puppets. It's the principle of the thing, and we all know how deeply principled they can be, look at the nearest CCTV camera and smile ...

Leaders of the world's most powerful nations are expected to stand together in condemnation of Robert Mugabe as they gather in Japan for the G8 summit.Climate change, rising food prices, African poverty and the global credit crunch will join the political crisis in Zimbabwe on the agenda for the three-day gathering.
This would be useful if it was followed by action..

Trouble with conferences of most kinds today is that they are initiated by a free holiday in an exotic destination, accompanied by food and drink no one the conference is about can afford unless they steal it from the kind of people who go to conferences, followed by zero, closely followed by another conference in a different exotic location. The only people benefiting from these farcical get togethers of the world's "social democrats" are pimps, sex workers, caterers and airlines.
